Winter Mouth Breathing

Did you know that it's not good to breathe through your mouth instead of your nose during the winter when you're outdoors?  Your nose is a natural filter; its passages are a unit designed to warm up the harsh cold air somewhat before it strikes your lungs.  This is especially important for people with asthma and other breathing issues.
This also allows you to prevent germs and allergens as your nose filters them out!  There are so many germs and colds going around in the Winter.  Don't you want to protect yourself against as many of them as you can?  Use your very own natural built-in system.

"Your nose makes about 2 pints of mucous every day. If your nose isn't working properly and mucous isn't cleared, the stagnant mucous can lead to infections such as sinusitis or ear infections."
